Cloud and Infrastructure

Cloud solutions are the modern approach agencies require to support a flexible, dynamic workforce requiring access to critical data regardless of location.

Whether implementing or deploying in a single cloud, hybrid, multi-cloud or on-premise environment, ITC Federal has proven expertise to secure and optimize performance, availability, and scalability to rapidly adopt business changes while supporting a modern, flexible workforce. Through automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and utilization of cloud services, ITC can speed up the delivery of solutions while optimizing costs.

As a federal enterprise cloud services leader, ITC’s Cloud Framework (ICF) meets agencies’ specific cloud requirements across the three major infrastructure partners, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. ICF employs cloud-native methods that support the design, implementation, and deployment of customized solutions that support current and future needs. We assess agencies’ cloud migration readiness to determine the right cloud capabilities to meet the requirements.

Automation is key to our support. Using IaC enables ITC to establish new DevOps environments quickly.

Using Site Reliability Engineering as part of ICF, we automate tasks using software to provide systems maintenance, monitoring, growth, healing, and reliability instead of manual intervention. We leverage technology stacks and right-sizing solutions to support agencies’ migration to serverless technologies where it makes sense within the infrastructure. We also automate security scans and code checks in DevSecOps pipelines to ensure a robust and secure IT infrastructure.

ITC provides cloud hosting services utilizing the AWS platform. We offer solutions to help agencies manage their cloud environments, or we can provide a complete managed service solution for hosting and application maintenance. On our flagship cloud hosting prime contract, ITC provides a comprehensive, fully managed service to a discernable DOD organization utilizing a highly secure, highly available, and durable AWS-based solution serving a globally dispersed user community. We also handle all the application enhancement and maintenance to ensure the applications hosted in the cloud continue to meet mission needs in the most user-friendly and secure manner possible.

ITC has experience supporting on-premise infrastructures and networks.

From running TS/SCI data centers leveraging VMware to managing infrastructures at collaborative government and industry centers of excellence and DOD educational service academy infrastructures operating across .mil and .edu domains, ITC has expertise in infrastructure services to meet any agencies’ needs.

ITC has deep experience managing and supporting enterprise and specialized IT service desks from Tier 1 through 4 using numerous traditional and SAAS-based IT Service Management Systems (Remedy, ServiceNow, and Footprints). In every environment, we focus on building security into all aspects of the infrastructure and specialize in implementing controls and technology solutions (HBSS, Splunk, etc.) to reduce risk while ensuring maximum availability and accessibility for all users and collaborators.

Agencies investing in cloud computing services receive faster, more efficient, and high-performing IT enterprises ready to ensure mission success.
