Leadership

As the Chief Executive Officer, Greg Fitzgerald (Fitz) works alongside his executive management team, providing leadership, corporate governance, and strategic direction for the company to expand ITC’s business footprint into new public and private sector markets. He brings 20 years of experience leading executive oversight, program management, business development, capture management, and solution development across the federal sector. Personally, Fitz has managed the pursuit of over $500M in contract awards at ITC since its founding. He is the architect of ITC’s business development and service delivery strategy and serves as ITC’s lead executive overseeing strategic accounts at ITC.

Previously, Fitz served in leadership positions with the Computer Science Corporation (CSC), where he led the pursuit and capture of strategic opportunities, securing over $1B in new single-award contract wins. He has a B.A. from Penn State University and an M.S. in Technology Management from George Mason University. He is PMP® certified and holds a Federal CIO certification. He is also a member of the YPO US Capital Chapter and on the board of directors at GovForce.

Montgomery brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and operations within the defense and government services sector. Throughout his career, he has established a reputation for his expertise in corporate finance, M&A, and corporate strategy, successfully aligning operational and financial metrics to support business strategies and drive high growth. Montgomery has led and managed multiple debt financings and numerous mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining ITC Federal, he served as the CFO at MAXISIQ and held finance executive roles at Peraton, Altamira, and Oceus Networks. Montgomery holds bachelor’s degrees in finance and accounting from George Mason University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Marymount University.

As the Chief Growth Officer, Zhenia Klevitsky leads ITC’s corporate growth strategy, working closely with executive leadership to drive business development, capture, and marketing initiatives across the federal market. She brings over 25 years of experience in government contracting, including expertise in business development, strategic planning, and relationship management. Prior to joining ITC, Zhenia held senior leadership roles at cBEYONData and Sev1Tech, where she helped secure and manage high-value contracts with civilian, defense, and intelligence agencies. Her experience spans large and mid-tier businesses, giving her a unique perspective on scalable growth and enterprise value creation. She holds an MBA from American University and an executive certificate in management and leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Business.

As Chief Talent Officer, Carrie Marcantuono oversees recruitment and personnel security needs for ITC. Leveraging her passion for people and strong interpersonal skills, she has developed and executed winning strategies to identify, attract, and retain exceptional talent in the DoD, Intel, and federal and civilian sectors.  She holds a B.S. in Financial Management from Clemson University.

Umme Hasnain serves as ITC’s Vice President of Contracts. In this role, she is responsible for contracts, subcontracts, compliance and quality, pricing, facilities, IT, and overall corporate operations. Prior to ITC Federal, Umme served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Unissant and Vice President of Contract Operations at Brillient Corporation, where she oversaw all contracts-related actions, subcontracts/procurement, compliance and risk management, pricing, facilities, project control, and assisted in proposal activities. She also worked at Vectrus in the European Mission Support Group, successfully mitigating complex contract risks and providing her expertise in all contract matters. Prior to Vectrus, Umme worked at ManTech International Corporation, primarily supporting the Contracts Department and working with all other departments to achieve common goals within the Mission Solutions Services Group.

Umme is a member of the National Contract Management Association and has a Master’s Certificate in Government Contracting from George Mason University.

Ryan Beauchemin is the Vice President of DOJ overseeing the execution and growth across our DOJ portfolio. He provides oversight to our Program Managers and supports our back-office operations to help support employee satisfaction and partner relationships in support of our customers’ mission.

Prior to joining ITC, Ryan spent 11 years at ManTech International in various leadership roles supporting multiple DOJ components, including the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and the FBI. Over the course of his career, Ryan has supported the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Civil Division, and several other DOJ components. With more than 20 years of experience, he brings various customer and industry experiences to help enable people to reach their full potential. Ryan graduated with a BS in Management Information Systems (MIS) from George Mason University, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and a certified SAFe Practitioner.

Jeff Haberman is a seasoned technology and business transformation leader with extensive experience supporting mission-critical initiatives across both the Civilian and Department of Defense sectors. He has partnered with agencies including HHS, DHS, FDA, the U.S. Air Force, USPTO, and DARPA to modernize systems, optimize processes, and drive innovation. His expertise spans large-scale enterprise solutions, from Oracle R12 implementations to advancing the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process with industry-leading tools. Jeff also has deep technical experience in infrastructure, installation, and configuration of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, including deployments in highly classified, air-gapped environments. Throughout his career, Jeff has provided the technical insight to enable organizational growth, allowing federal agencies to enhance their business processes, streamline operations, and adopt advanced technologies that strengthen mission outcomes. With a proven track record of aligning innovation with strategic objectives, he brings a unique blend of technical depth and business acumen to every engagement. Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Marketing and Finance from the University of Dayton and holds a CompTIA Security+ certification.

Naveen Kumar serves as Vice President of Oracle Solutions Practice. He brings over 20 years of rich experience in ERP business process design, configuration, development, upgrades, and implementations with in-depth financial knowledge of accounting practices in manufacturing, service, and federal government.

Prior to ITC, Naveen held key positions with top IT consulting corporations including Unisys and Deloitte, leading multimillion acquisition financial transformation programs. He is a Certified Chartered Accountant and earned his B.S. and M.B.A. from Averett University. 

Krista McKendree is the Vice President of the DoD Business Development at ITC Federal. With over 20 years of experience, Krista has a proven track record of leading teams, growing businesses, and delivering high-value solutions for military and national security customers across the DoD. Before joining ITC, Krista led strategic initiatives for Navy and Marine Corps clients at cBEYONData, strengthening the company’s defense market presence. Earlier in her career, Krista held senior roles at Cask Government Services and Northrop Grumman, where she supported mission-critical IT programs for the Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and other defense agencies. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Krista brings firsthand mission understanding and a strong commitment to national security. She holds a degree in Business Marketing from George Mason University.

Alan Metzler is Vice President at ITC Federal, leading business development and strategic engagement for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He brings over 30 years of leadership experience across federal service, defense operations, and private sector growth. Before joining ITC Federal, Alan served as Vice President of Corporate Growth and Director of Security Solutions at Dynamis, Inc., supporting defense, civil, commercial, and international programs.

Alan previously held senior roles at DHS, including Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, Chief of Staff at TSA, and Senior Counselor to the Secretary, where he advanced national security and public safety initiatives. He began his career in the U.S. Air Force. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Law & Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara; an M.S. in National Security Strategy from the National War College; and an M.M.S. from the Marine Corps University. Alan is also a graduate of the Senior Manager in National Security Leadership program at George Washington University and the FBI National Academy.

Sean M. Cox serves as Vice President of FBI Business Development, expanding ITC’s partnership with the Bureau.  As a seasoned executive, Sean brings over 28 years of leadership experience in federal law enforcement, national security, and business development. During his distinguished career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), he served as a Senior Executive Service (SES) leader overseeing operations across counterterrorism, counterintelligence, cyber, and criminal programs. His results-driven leadership earned him the Presidential Rank Award, one of the highest honors for federal executives, recognizing a career of sustained impact and mission success. Following his FBI tenure, Sean transitioned to the private sector, where he has successfully guided growth strategies and strategic partnerships across the Department of Justice and broader federal community. He has led multimillion-dollar business pipelines and advanced technology initiatives in AI/ML, cloud modernization, digital evidence, and cyber operations. Sean holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Administration from Mount Senario College, as well as a Certificate in Leading Intelligence Community from the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and a Certificate of Insider Threats from Carnegie Mellon University.

Cris Watkins serves as Vice President of Strategic Communications. In this role, she helps connect technical and business strategies to deliver customer-focused solutions that advance federal missions. Partnering with experts and growth teams, Cris shapes communication strategies that strengthen ITC’s market position. She previously supported small businesses in the DC Metro area, expanding their federal portfolios. Cris holds degrees from Georgetown University and Mary Baldwin College, along with a Project Management Certificate from Cornell University, and is a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
