As the Chief Growth Officer, Zhenia Klevitsky leads ITC’s corporate growth strategy, working closely with executive leadership to drive business development, capture, and marketing initiatives across the federal market. She brings over 25 years of experience in government contracting, including expertise in business development, strategic planning, and relationship management. Prior to joining ITC, Zhenia held senior leadership roles at cBEYONData and Sev1Tech, where she helped secure and manage high-value contracts with civilian, defense, and intelligence agencies. Her experience spans large and mid-tier businesses, giving her a unique perspective on scalable growth and enterprise value creation. She holds an MBA from American University and an executive certificate in management and leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Business.
