As the Chief Human Resources Officer, Janet Hanofee oversees ITC Federal’s human resources and administration functions, including HR strategic planning, policies and objectives, legal compliance, employee relations, performance management, and training. She brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience, including 15 years in the government contracting industry.
Before joining ITC, she worked with SOSi, Chenega Corporation, and Jacobs (CH2M Hill), managing large international HR teams with employees worldwide. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Human Resources Certification Institute, the international credentialing body for measuring the competencies of the HR practitioner. Janet is a certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute and holds a Bachelor’s in Humanities from the University of Alaska.
