Sean Cox

Sean M. Cox serves as Vice President of FBI Business Development, expanding ITC’s partnership with the Bureau.  As a seasoned executive, Sean brings over 28 years of leadership experience in federal law enforcement, national security, and business development. During his distinguished career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), he served as a Senior Executive Service (SES) leader overseeing operations across counterterrorism, counterintelligence, cyber, and criminal programs. His results-driven leadership earned him the Presidential Rank Award, one of the highest honors for federal executives, recognizing a career of sustained impact and mission success. Following his FBI tenure, Sean transitioned to the private sector, where he has successfully guided growth strategies and strategic partnerships across the Department of Justice and broader federal community. He has led multimillion-dollar business pipelines and advanced technology initiatives in AI/ML, cloud modernization, digital evidence, and cyber operations. Sean holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Administration from Mount Senario College, as well as a Certificate in Leading Intelligence Community from the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and a Certificate of Insider Threats from Carnegie Mellon University.
