Montgomery brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and operations within the defense and government services sector. Throughout his career, he has established a reputation for his expertise in corporate finance, M&A, and corporate strategy, successfully aligning operational and financial metrics to support business strategies and drive high growth. Montgomery has led and managed multiple debt financings and numerous mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining ITC Federal, he served as the CFO at MAXISIQ and held finance executive roles at Peraton, Altamira, and Oceus Networks. Montgomery holds bachelor’s degrees in finance and accounting from George Mason University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Marymount University.
