Cris Watkins serves as Vice President of Strategic Communications at ITC Federal, where she leads communications strategies that connect the company’s technical capabilities, business priorities, and federal customer missions. Partnering with technical experts, leadership, and growth teams, she shapes corporate and market communications that strengthen ITC’s brand and position across the federal marketplace. Previously, Cris supported small businesses across the DC Metro area in expanding their federal portfolios and market presence. She holds degrees from Georgetown University and Mary Baldwin College, along with a Project Management Certificate from Cornell University.
