As Chief Talent Officer, Carrie Marcantuono oversees recruitment and personnel security needs for ITC. Leveraging her passion for people and strong interpersonal skills, she has developed and executed winning strategies to identify, attract, and retain exceptional talent in the DoD, Intel, and federal and civilian sectors. She holds a B.S. in Financial Management from Clemson University.
