Newsweek Names ITC as One of the Greatest Workplaces for Women
ITC is honored to be named among Newsweek’s list of the top companies in the U.S. that empower women in the work environment.
FAIRFAX, Va., June 21, 2023— IT Coalition (now doing business as ITC Federal), a mid-sized federal systems integration and solutions provider, announced today that it has been recognized by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group as one of “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2023.”
“Women still face unique challenges in the workplace,” said Nancy Cooper, Global Editor in Chief for Newsweek. “Raising awareness of inequities in the workplace is the first step toward rectifying them. And it’s equally important to highlight those companies that are leading the way.” After surveying more than 37,000 female employees during the selection process, Newsweek’s list recognizes the top 600 companies in the U.S. that ranked the highest on various criteria, including compensation and benefits, work-life balance, and proactive management of a diverse workforce.
With over 1,500 employees, ITC is a mid-sized federal system integrator and solution provider delivering IT services across the federal government nationwide. One-third of ITC’s senior leaders are women, which exceeds industry benchmarks for women in the technology and government contracting industries today. Women are playing a significant role in the next phase of ITC’s growth from service delivery to customer engagement and aligning its capabilities to support emerging IT growth trends to prepare ITC for the future.
