ITC Receives 2020 DHS Small Business Achievement Award for Exemplary Performance

FAIFAX, Va., June 3, 2022—ITC, a leading provider of DevSecOps, IT Modernization, Cloud, Financial, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to the federal government, is pleased to announce that it is the recipient of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS’) 2020 Small Business and Small Business Advocate Award.

Each year DHS recognizes the accomplishments of small businesses that have provided outstanding contract support in advancing the Department’s mission. ITC was selected for the award for its exemplary performance at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). According to USCIS, although ITC was met with numerous obstacles beyond their control, they partnered with USCIS to provide innovative solutions that solidified mission sustainment. Despite inherited backlogs, ITC implemented action plans that were effective in bringing performance requirements into time compliance and was very responsive to issues as they arose—even through the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“ITC is honored and humbled to be selected for this prestigious award,” said Greg Fitzgerald, president of ITC. “Supporting the USCIS mission remains a top priority for ITC, and we are grateful for the recognition of this successful partnership.”
