ITC Federal Welcomes Siva Sivaraj as Vice President of Solutions Architecture
Siva Sivaraj joins ITC, bringing deep technical leadership to drive innovation, market differentiation, and strategic technology partnerships
August 5, 2025 – Fairfax, VA. – ITC Federal, LLC (ITC) announced the appointment of Siva Sivaraj as Vice President of Solutions Architecture. In this role, Mr. Sivaraj will lead innovation and solution development across ITC’s portfolio, advancing mission-focused technologies in cloud modernization and digital transformation.

His leadership spans technology strategy, systems architecture, containerization, and customer-centric design. Before joining ITC, he served as Director of Solutions Architecture at CGI, where he guided large-scale transformation initiatives for federal clients.
