ITC Federal Receives Spot on the MDA SHIELD IDIQ Contract



ITC Federal has been awarded a spot on the Missile Defense Agency’s SHIELD multiple-award IDIQ contract.

Fairfax, VA, January 8, 2026—ITC Federal has been awarded a contract by the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) to support the Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) program, an enterprise initiative focused on strengthening national security and defense readiness against cyber, missile, and other emerging threats.

SHIELD is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with an estimated ceiling of $151 billion, enabling  MDA and other defense components to rapidly secure services and capabilities across 19 distinct mission work areas.
