ITC Announces Its Inaugural Corporate Award Winners

ITC honors the exceptional work of its staff, ensuring mission-critical results across the federal government.
FAIRFAX, Va., March 27, 2023—ITC Federal (ITC), a leading technology solutions provider, announced today the first-ever ITC Federal Corporate Awards program winners. The awards allow us to recognize and reward the leadership of teams and individuals that deliver exceptional support and, through their achievements, significantly advance the vision of ITC and the mission of our federal customers.

Award winners are chosen by an award selection committee working on reviewing over 60 nominations submitted by ITC’s management staff. Award categories include Rising Star, Immediate Impact, Innovation, Outstanding Achievement, Exceptional Leadership, and Rockstar Team Achievement. We are excited to announce the following recipients of this year’s awards.
2023 Rising Star Award – Arthur Chester, Natida Dismukes, Kris Marcelo, and Pamela Super were honored for their work on a program displaying superior abilities and a desire to develop their skill set, take on new responsibilities, assist their co-workers, and significantly contribute to the customer’s mission and the program’s success.
2023 Immediate Impact Award – Jeffery Boring, Kimberly Douglas, and Wessam Farid were honored for their noticeable impact working with ITC’s federal customers within a short period while supporting their colleagues and making significant contributions to significant projects that were noteworthy.
2023 Innovation Award – Jerry Hunter and Michael Odenweller were recognized for implementing significant technology innovations resulting in a measurable impact on ITC and the customer’s mission.
2023 Outstanding Achievement Award – Sheila Eldridge, Stefanie Hraban, Marilyn Pardo, and Brandon Tramel were recognized for their accomplishments and actions over the past year resulting in measurable impacts and significant improvements to their program or project.
2023 Exceptional Leadership Award – Thinh Dinh, Earl Gaskins, and Garner Johnson received this award for leading, coaching, mentoring, and successfully managing a program achieving significant results for their customers, team, and ITC.
2023 Rockstar Team Achievement Award – Tina Filipczyk and her team were honored for their overall customer support and teamwork, impacting customer results, and achieving measurable outcomes supporting greater technical efficiency in the customer’s IT environment.
2023 Employee of the Year Award – Cris Watkins was honored for supporting the ITC organization and meeting the corporate vision.
In their honor, these inaugural award recipients were celebrated at a dinner hosted at the Fairfax Marriott at Fair Oaks in Fairfax, VA. Winners were given crystal awards, monetary bonuses, and gift bags for their contributions. Members of the ITC Awards Committee led the ceremonies and highlighted the specific achievements of the staff.
