OASIS + Overview
OASIS + Unrestricted is a government-wide multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. OAS*S + has a five-year base with a one-option period of five years.

- Enables flexibility for all contract types, including hybrid and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level
ITC Major Domain Areas
Management and Advisory (M&A) Domain – This domain offers comprehensive management and consulting services, including acquisition support, business consulting and process improvement, cost management services, change management, executive support, strategic planning and development, risk management, project/program management, and knowledge management services.

Technical and Engineering (T&E) Domain – This domain offers specialized engineering, geoscience, and technical services, including advanced technology trials, alternative energy, system design, data management, environmental engineering, software development, risk management, life cycle management, and technical assessments to support government operations and mission success.
