As the director of human resources, Kristina is directly responsible for the overall administration of the human resources functions, including strategic planning and establishment of human resources policies and objectives, legal compliance, employee relations, total rewards, performance management, SCA compliance, and training and development.
Since 2013, Kristina has been working for federal government contractors as a human resources director. She has over 15 years of experience managing human resource functions in both corporate and non-profit organizations. She holds a B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, an M.S. from UMGC. She holds certifications from the Professional Human Resources (PHR), the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP), and the Leadership Southern Maryland, 2013. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
