ITC Federal and the City of Virginia Beach Join Forces for Successful Volunteer Beach Cleanup Day

ITC Federal hosts a Volunteer Beach Day working with the City of Virginia Beach to clean up and preserve local shorelines.
Fairfax, VA, September 25, 2025 – ITC Federal joined forces with the City of Virginia Beach to host a Virginia Beach Volunteer Day. This program helps to preserve, protect, and beautify Virginia’s shorelines. ITC Cares, our corporate community volunteer outreach program, reflects our commitment to giving back and making a lasting impact in the communities where we live and support federal missions.
ITC employees and their families spent the Day walking the shoreline, collecting litter to support keeping the beach safe and clean for the community. Teams worked together filling bags with trash, removing debris from the sand, and focused on leaving the area safer for a diverse bird population that the beach attracts, including gulls, egrets, and various species of sandpipers.
“Seeing our ITC team come together for Virginia Beach Day was inspiring. We are excited to have so many of our team members join us as we continue to make connections with local communities,” said Greg Fitzgerald, Chief Executive Officer. “This event reflects our belief that strong communities are built through collaboration and service.”
ITC Federal looks forward to continuing its support of partnering with local communities and continuing to make positive impacts.
